- Native Wildflower Sanctuary in Irvine Park- continuation of the 1/2 acre wildflower garden plan has included: the addition of understory shrubs, ephemerals and native bulbs; an inventory of 120 wildflowers; and the creation of plant identification signage for the education of park visitors and school groups.
- Arbor Day Plantings- every year LWGC chooses a public place for an educational tree planting and Arbor Day ceremony involving the Young Sprouts, our Jr. Garden Club.
- Sponsor a scholarship- each year a student of horticulture at Chippewa Valley Technical College is presented with a scholarship.
- Bridge Street Welcome Garden- landscaped by LWGC members to be attractive and drought tolerant, this garden provides a warm welcome to anyone approaching downtown Chippewa Falls via the Highway 124 bridge over the Chippewa River. It is currently undergoing a complete renovation, please bear with our mess.
- Heyde Center for the Arts- Four times a year the foyer of the Heyde Center for the Arts is decorated with seasonal floral designs created by LWGC members.

- Red Barn Project- Club members planted and will maintain a perennial garden border along the Red Barn in the Irvine Park Zoo.
